Musgrave Retail Partners Northern Ireland wanted a simple but scalable promotional mechanic that could run across multiple SuperValu and Centra stores, encourage customers to spend £10 or more, and reward loyal shoppers - all without creating an administrative burden for store staff.

Built a dedicated promotional website
A mobile-friendly site where customers could upload a receipt from a qualifying £10+ shop and enter the giveaway in seconds, across 9 participating SuperValu and Centra stores.
Automated receipt validation
Uploaded receipts were validated automatically to confirm qualifying purchases, reducing manual checks and keeping store staff out of the entry process.
Added duplicate and fraud checking
Duplicate-receipt detection and fraud checks protected the integrity of the draw and ensured every entry met the campaign rules.
Managed winner selection and notifications
Automated winner selection drew 10 winners per store each week, with email notifications handling prize communications end to end.
Secured customer data with full reporting
Entrant data was managed securely throughout, and an admin dashboard gave Musgrave campaign reporting and oversight across the full 4-week run.
