Nuala is a Certified Loyalty Marketing Professional (CLMP™), accredited by The Loyalty Academy, the global certifying body for the loyalty marketing industry, with 1,271 CLMPs across 59 countries. With over 25 years in loyalty and promotions, she leads strategy and delivery for brands including Aldi, Energia, Calor, Texaco and 123.ie, and built Brandfire into one of Ireland's leading loyalty and sales promotions agencies. She has international marketing experience across Europe and the Middle East.

Mick Callaghan
CTO
Mick is CTO at Brandfire, responsible for the technology, platform development and delivery of all loyalty programs and sales promotions. With over 20 years' experience, he ensures every program is secure, scalable and commercially effective, supporting seamless fulfilment, partner integrations and measurable ROI for clients.
